1. Package Inclusions:

   • You are purchasing a package of 5 treatment sessions.

   • As a Promotional offer, you will receive an additional treatment session of equal value to those purchased.

2. Voucher Card Details:

   • Upon payment, you will be issued a voucher card containing:

     • Cardholder name

     • Details of the massage type

     • Period of the purchased sessions

3. Redemption Process:

   • To avail a treatment, present the voucher card at the counter.

   • We will stamp the used date on your card and update our record system accordingly.

4. Non-Refundable and Non-Convertible:

   • The card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Validity and Usage:

   • The card is valid for the cardholder's name only, unless explicitly permitted for a family member.

   • It can be redeemed for any massage type of equal value to the purchased sessions.

   • It cannot be used for massages of different values or durations.

6. Redemption Period:

   • The card can be redeemed only during the same period for which it was purchased.

   • It cannot be redeemed for a shorter or longer period.

7. Extension and Additional Payment:

   • If you desire a treatment longer than the purchased period, an additional payment for the extra period is required at the normal price.

8. Non-Combination with Other Offers:

   • The card cannot be combined with any other offers.

9. Validity Period:

   • The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

   • It cannot be used after expiration unless an extension is authorized due to lockdown reasons.

10. Lost or Stolen Cards:

    • The card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
