      We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

      Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

    • It is your responsibility to inform our therapists of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before the massage session.

      If you are pregnant or have any medical concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling a massage.

    Hygiene and Conduct:

    • Clients are expected to maintain proper personal hygiene before the massage session.

      Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated, and the session will be terminated immediately.

    Late Arrivals:

    • We appreciate your feedback to help us improve our services. Please share your comments or concerns with our management.

  2. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid inconveniencing other clients.no show

    Payment and Refunds:

    • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.

      No refunds will be provided once the massage session has started, but we may offer credit for future services.

    Valuables:

    • Please secure your valuables before entering the massage room. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    Respect for Therapists:

    • Our therapists deserve a professional and respectful environment. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

    Modifications to Services:

    • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services or promotions without notice.

    • Our therapists are trained professionals, but we cannot be held responsible for any injury or discomfort resulting from the massage, unless caused by negligence on our part.

Terms & Condition for Promotional Package

Please read the following terms and conditions regarding the prepaid massage treatment card:

  1. Package Inclusions:

    • You are purchasing a package of 5 treatment sessions.

    • As a Promotional offer, you will receive an additional treatment session of equal value to those purchased.

  2. Voucher Card Details:

    • Upon payment, you will be issued a voucher card containing:

      • Cardholder name

      • Details of the massage type

      • Period of the purchased sessions

  3. Redemption Process:

    • To avail a treatment, present the voucher card at the counter.

    • We will stamp the used date on your card and update our record system accordingly.

  4. Non-Refundable and Non-Convertible:

    • The card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  5. Validity and Usage:

    • The card is valid for the cardholder's name only, unless explicitly permitted for a family member.

    • It can be redeemed for any massage type of equal value to the purchased sessions.

    • It cannot be used for massages of different values or durations.

  6. Redemption Period:

    • The card can be redeemed only during the same period for which it was purchased.

    • It cannot be redeemed for a shorter or longer period.

  7. Extension and Additional Payment:

    • If you desire a treatment longer than the purchased period, an additional payment for the extra period is required at the normal price.

  8. Non-Combination with Other Offers:

    • The card cannot be combined with any other offers.

  9. Validity Period:

    • The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

    • It cannot be used after expiration unless an extension is authorized due to lockdown reasons.

  10. Lost or Stolen Cards:
